Informational & Educational Purpose

TraderFre provides educational tools and informational alerts based on technical market analysis. All content is for learning and informational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

No Financial Advice

TraderFre does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this website constitutes a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any securities, cryptocurrencies, or other financial instruments. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Risk Disclaimer

Trading in financial markets, including cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, and commodities, carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your entire capital. Past performance of any signal or strategy is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use this website and its content at your own risk. You are responsible for understanding the risks involved in trading and for ensuring that any trading activity complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You must not rely on TraderFre signals as a sole basis for trading decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TraderFre, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any signals provided herein. You expressly agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the platform. In no event shall TraderFre's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to TraderFre in the six months preceding the claim. Class action and consolidated proceedings are expressly waived.

Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TraderFre shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body under its commercial rules. The arbitration shall take place in Montevideo, Uruguay, and be conducted in English. You expressly waive your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in a class action or multi-party proceeding. This arbitration clause is governed by the laws of Uruguay.

Intellectual Property

The TraderFre platform, including its proprietary trading engine, algorithms, signals, analysis tools, design, code, and brand assets, is the exclusive property of TraderFre and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Any content you submit to the platform remains your property, but you grant TraderFre a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with providing our services.

You agree to bring any claims against TraderFre only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TraderFre.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TraderFre, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.

Entire Agreement
